NORTH ATTLEBORO, MASS. (WHDH) - Firefighters from 17 Massachusetts fire departments were recognized at this years Firefighter of the Year Awards in Worcester Friday, including seven from the North Attleboro Fire Department who saved a man's life, according to officials. At Worcester's Mechanics Hall, North Attleboro Fire Chief Christopher Coleman, Captain George McKinnon, Captain Josh Langille, Lt. Scott Langille, Lt. Jeff Badger, Firefighter Rich McDonagh and Foxboro Firefighter and Paramedic Cory Shepardson were presented with a group ‘Citation for Meritorious Conduct' for their help saving an unresponsive man's life on a flight from Boston to Chicago on Thursday, Sept.
