A Massachusetts town is among the top places for people to move in the U.S., according to Realtor.com. And people are paying high prices to be there. Andover was listed fourth on the real estate website's 'Top 10 hottest zip codes in the U.S.' list Thursday. Homes in the areas on this list got more views per listing than the rest of the country and sold one month faster. Andover is a suburb of Boston, which means people can commute to the city in under an hour, Realtor.com said. It also has larger homes priced 25% lower per square foot than Boston listings.
