ATTLEBORO -- The Commission on Disabilities has decided to cancel this year's Wheelchair Stroll because of continued rainy weather. What was supposed to be the second annual stroll was postponed last Saturday due to wet weather and was rescheduled for this Saturday, but again there is rain in the forecast. The event allows non-handicapped people to experience the city through the eyes of someone in a wheelchair. The route was going to be from City Hall to the Attleboro Public Library. The Commission on Disabilities invites interested parties to a "Know Your Rights" presentation by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, co-sponsored by the Attleboro Human Rights Council, at 1 p.
