ATTLEBORO, Mass. — A deadly crash involving a tractor-trailer is causing traffic delays in the area of the Interstate 295 and Interstate 95 interchange in Attleboro on Wednesday morning, officials said. Troopers responding to the area before 9 a.m. found a tractor-trailer that had crashed with a personal vehicle, according to Massachusetts State Police. Two travel lanes on the northbound side of the highway are closed at this time. 'There are significant traffic delays,' state police said in a tweet.
